I needed a dying car battery replaced ASAP. I started calling around to several Maui auto parts and services shops for comparison prices. Some quotes received pretty outrageous and most shops required making an appt for service. I called the Kihei O’Reilly Store and was greeted by Kyle, who quickly provided a range of very reasonable new battery prices, of which he had (4) varieties in stock. It was getting late in the day but he said no worries, come on in and we can change it out for you if you buy it here. Kyle greeted me on arrival, quickly processed the purchase and installed my new battery out in the parking lot in only 15 minutes. I was blown away at how reasonable and efficient this transaction was. The Kihei O’Reilly store will definitely be my 1st Stop Shop from now on, thanks to Kyle’s friendly, efficient and professional service. Mahalo! 🤙

Had a great experience at O'Reilly thanks to Kyle and Annie! They were so helpful with a battery and alternator situation. They have my repeat business. 🙏 Also had a battery issue on my second car and Frank the manager went above and beyond. Thank you!

A huge shoutout to Frank and Tiesyn at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Kihei because these two went above and beyond! Just ahead of a big storm, they helped me get new wiper blades installed quickly and without any hassle (for me!). The installation wasn’t as straightforward as it sounds since there were some quirks specific to my car’s make and model that made it a bit tricky. Frank and Tiesyn handled it with patience, expertise, and great attitudes throughout. You could tell they genuinely cared about getting it right. True professionals who embody the spirit of aloha. I was having what seemed like battery issues. Dead car, took some jump starts, then would not take a trickle slow charge. That got me concerned the battery had some issues other than just a light was left on and it died. I called up O'Reilly where I got my battery and Frank had me come in for a test. I got the car started one last time and made it in. He took the battery out, deteremined it was a bad cell, replaced it with a new battery because it was still under warranty. Boom! All my problems ended on a Friday night. Outstanding, this is why I buy from local, close to home auto parts stores like O'Reilly when it comes to items that might need help in the future. That decision paid off as I bought this battery right here at this store. Maui is abusive on batteries with the heat. Do yourself a favor, buy from O'Reillys, they earned my business and respect. Thanks Frank- well done! A+

Such a bummer to write this cause Adam does a fantastic job and he’s a great salesperson and know the parts but the rest of the employees here and the pricing/service is absolutely horrible. I’ve gotten more wrong parts than I have correct parts and had to return so many things. Today was the final straw when I went to go get wheel speed sensors for my 08 Tacoma and they wanted 200$ a piece. Napa was charging 110$ for the same thing and online through every single shop I could find it was under 40$ for the entire set (all 4). I will probably never come back after this…company should be ashamed
